KUKA (Booth B4003) invites visitors to experience the latest advances in automated industrial and materials handling logistics at its Modex booth. KUKA is showcasing two next-generation KMP 1500P autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and an AIRSKIN equipped KR 210 QUANTEC-2 high payload robot.

“The KMP 1500P is an exceptional transport system for production and storage facility logistics that exceeds Industry 4.0 requirements for safety, reliability and efficiency,” said Pjeter Lulgjuraj, sales and marketing operations manager.

In cooperation with system partner and custom integrator Hyperion Automation, KUKA’s booth will simulate a manufacturing floor where two AMRs move full pallets from a stand to the six-axis KR 210, where they are unloaded and repalletized to another pallet.

The KMP 1500P can transport up to 1.5 tons to supply lines and cells with material, moves through dynamic, complex environments, and adapts to its travel path efficiently and autonomously.
