Through the CVP Everest’s design, its three corrugate mills automatically feeds the right corrugate width for the widest range of box sizes while minimizing corrugate waste. Companies are able to box up to three different brands using the CVP Everest, offering them the flexibility and adaptability they need during high volume seasons.
Secondly, its dual induct stations support high operator and machine productivity levels. Following induction, a 3D scan is taken of each unique order item(s) to determine the minimum box required. Once determined, the case erector builds a fit-to-size box, allowing for a wide range of sizes. To ensure secure packaging, two lid applicators work simultaneously to fully seal each custom box with a convenient tear strip for easy opening and returning. The CVP Everest also incorporates order weight verification through an in-line scale, guaranteeing the accurate measurement of each parcel’s weight and dimensions.
Finally, carrier compliant labels are created and applied to ensure accurate delivery for each parcel.
