Requiring only one or two operators, the solutions can decrease shipping volume by up to 50%, while reducing packing labor by up to 88%, and they can replace up to 20 manual packing stations.

Additionally, they can measure, construct, seal, weigh and label variable dimension, single- or multi-item orders—of hard and soft goods—in one customized, fit-to-size box. They can diminish or eliminate the needs for void fill materials.

“As the disruption of supply chains continues to intensify, automated packaging offers what users are looking for the most: stability,” said Sean Webb, director of sales and services, North America, Sparck Technologies. “The CVP Everest and CVP Impack are reliable solutions that create fit-to-size boxes every time.”

As an example of their reliability, the CVP Everest can pack parcels every 3 seconds, while the CVP Impack can pack them every 7 seconds.

“In turn, each of these machines provide users peace of mind, as they know they don’t have to worry about ongoing labor shortages or unnecessary void fill,” Webb added.
