A highly customizable elevating worker platform, the Levitator can position users at the height most ideal for them to access work at assembly benches, conveyors, inspections stations, and pick and pack stations without having to reach or stretch.
During its operation, a user steps onto the platform as it’s lowered, prior to raising it to the working position most comfortable for them, using a push-button control module. The platform offers space for items of various sizes, including bar code scanners, boxes, label printers, packing materials or tools.
The platform provides highly stable, vibration-free lifting and lowering capabilities, particularly due to its four electric actuators, which work in parallel at its corners.

Options include custom controls; soft start/stop; indexed lifting and lowering; slide-out sections that increase platform size when necessary; fold-down safety gates and handrails; custom deck treatments (non-skid, anti-static, etc.); and bellows skirting that keeps dust, debris, and moisture out of the lift mechanism.
