Using an internal flare (“tuck-in”) style deck bed, the Wire Screen enables users to overcome the issues of jagged wires and warping decks that they can regularly encounter with industry standard wire mesh decks, which generally have external flare styles.

Able to be used for applications of virtually every size, the “tuck-in” style Wire Screen enhances safety considerably, while allowing warehouse capacity to be maintained. Additionally, the product eliminates deck replacement completely—typically a high expenditure for DCs and warehouses.

“Far too often, wire mesh decks’ wires will bend under the weight of products, as they’re also torn apart by fork trucks during loads,” said Diane Domingues, VP, marketing and customer service, Frazier Industrial Company. “However, thanks to Wire Screen, employees will no longer have to worry about either of these issues.”
