Able to accept 100% recycled plastics—even in flake form—a low-pressure, plastic pallet injection molding machine, known as the Lumina Pallateer Model PM-1C, can create highly cost-effective plastic pallets.
Available standard with a 350-ton press that can mold pallets that weigh more than 40 pounds and are up to 48 x 52 inches, the machine also has a HDPE melting capacity of 1,200 pounds an hour. As a result, it can produce as many as 30 pallets every hour. Offering a small footprint, the Lumina Pallateer Model PM-1C also provides users a low energy consumption, along with a high-quality construction.
In fact, it has a two-stage injection unit (extruder/accumulator) that’s furnished with bimetallic barrels, as well as long-life feed screws. Additionally, it offers users an optional, classic structural foam multi-nozzle injection manifold.
