Increase picking efficiency with the Hyster LO55-80 order picker. Reduce reaching distance & boost production speed in automotive & manufacturing.

Created to enhance picking efficiency, the Hyster LO55-80 orderpicker offers the effectiveness and speed of a pallet truck with the capabilities of a conventional pick vehicle. Particularly ideal for automotive and general manufacturing settings, which manage large inventories of several types of components, the orderpicker has an optional lifting platform that enables operations to implement new slotting strategies.

Due to the platform, operators can place fast moving SKUs within a 0- to 6.5-foot range, along with slow moving or stored SKUs within a 6.5- to 10-foot range. Capable of reducing reaching distances as users pick from a rack or pallet, the orderpicker has power steering with finger-tip control, decreasing the arm movement required to change directions.

And its operator compartment’s suspended platform allows operators to easily pass through it, optimizing picking on either side.

Company Product Description

CAPACITY - 5500-8000lbs

The LO55-80 order picker provides enhanced capabilities for both existing and planned facilities. In existing operations, it offers the opportunity for new slotting strategies and increased SKU capacity along with decreased travel path times without adding to the footprint of the warehouse. For new facilities there is the potential for a reduction in building costs with a smaller warehouse required to stock the same amount of SKUs. All of which adds up to a more productive, cost-effective operation.
