Featuring built-to-order declines and inclines, FlexMove Helix Conveyors provide tight spirals within small footprints, leading to higher flexibility in layouts for various applications, including accumulation, buffering and cooling product.
Due to these build-to-order inclines and declines, users can design their conveyors to precise specifications, whether they have accumulation applications that require a shallow incline/decline angle or limited space that leads them to use a steep incline/decline angle.
As a result of the build-to-order inclines and declines, users can also position their in-feeds and out-feeds at any angle or height. A variety of incline options are available, ranging from 4 to 10 degrees, as well as incline angles that fluctuate from 4 to 7 degrees, offering accumulation capability.
Available in three purchasing options, according to customers’ unique applications and situations, FlexMove conveyors currently incorporate the former SmartFlex conveyor line’s features.
In particular, the conveyors provide a load capacity of up to 600 pounds, speeds upward of 250 feet per minute, an aluminum frame that ensures add-ons and custom-design changes are easy, and quick assembly and disassembly.
And, since they can make tight 360-degree turns in and around equipment and machinery, they are especially useful when floor space is minimal.
