To improve productivity while boosting picking speeds, a pick-to-light technology, known as the Display LED-Navigator, is available.
Able to simplify the order picking process, the pick-to-light technology can be integrated with the previously released Shuttle XP Vertical Lift Module, which enhances order fulfillment and picking performance. Using LED technology, the Display LED-Navigator offers a status bar and countdown so users know exactly when pickings should occur, so precision is guaranteed and errors are minimized.
The pick-to-light technology has a multi-colored display, which provides intuitive operator guidance so users can identify the exact locations of stored parts. The multi-colored display also enables users to achieve a variety of picking strategies.
