Caljan Print & Apply with Flying Applicator registers the size of each item and its position on the belt as goods flow along the conveyor. The sweet spot for the label is calculated. This may be in a clear area or positioned so that the new label conceals existing labels. The SKU, or ID label, is printed and the Flying Applicator follows the item on the belt, touching down to firmly apply the label in exactly the right spot.
