The AGILOX ODM is the most agile of the AGILOX Autonomous Mobile Robots. It was exclusively designed for the intelligent transport of small load carriers such as carts, totes, etc. It can be easily integrated into the intralogistics environment and delivers its loads directly to the workstations. Using the proprietary AGILOX X-Swarm Technology, the robots move their loads autonomously by navigating warehouses and production facilities while optimizing routes in real time, offering unique advantages over centralized systems.
Offering maximum flexibility and efficiency, the AGILOX ODM features a 205 mm/8 inches wide fork and a robust lifting capacity of 300 kg/660 lbs, making it a standout performer in the AMR sector for small load carriers. Additionally, the platform allows for lifting load carriers to a maximum height of 250 mm/10 inches, and upon request, it can be equipped with a non-slip surface for added convenience.
The AGILOX ODM is designed with an omnidirectional driving system that provides unparalleled flexibility in movement. This includes standardized forward and backward motions, as well as parallel, diagonal, and rotary movements around the vehicle's center. Overcoming obstacles is a breeze for the AGILOX Autonomous Mobile Robots, navigating precisely through their environment using safety laser scanners and optional Obstacle Avoidance.
Equipped with an optional 3D LIDAR sensor, the Obstacle Avoidance feature of our product is capable of detecting obstacles that 2D safety laser scanners fail to pick up, ensuring that the vehicle can circumvent any hazards along its path. For enhanced safety, our AGILOX Floor Spot incorporates a forward-facing light that alerts employees to an approaching AMR, a vital aspect in environments where humans and robots work together.
Clients can opt for a barcode reader that supports a range of barcode types such as Code 39, Code 128, 2/5 Interleaved, QR Code and Datamatrix. The utilization of this feature provides clients with the opportunity to develop efficient workflows and elevate the level of automation in their operations.
