Fairbanks’ WF Series is a timesaving, on-the-go, crate, pallet and box weighing system that easily converts an existing Class II or Class III cleat-type forklift into a mobile scale.
WF Series weigh forks are completely wireless and use a rechargeable battery pack . Weigh fork batteries hold charge through 75 hours of continuous use and are easy to remove for recharging. The WF Series FB3200 Instrument is powered by the forklift’s battery.

WF Series weigh forks are simple to mount on most cleat type forklifts. Hydraulic lines, cables, hoses or adapters are not necessary. The system instrument comes with a mounting bracket designed for troublefree installation, without affecting the operator’s line of sight. Once the forks and instrument are secured and powered on, wireless Bluetooth® Technology enables instant, cable-free communication.
Accumulation
The WF Series instrument accumulation feature allows users to store individual weight readings and total these readings at any time. This minimizes or eliminates the time-consuming task of manually tracking each weighment.
“Legal for Trade” Accuracy
Even if the forklift is operating on uneven floors or with a tilted mast, customers can count on accurate “legal-for-trade” weight readings with Fairbanks’ commercially approved WF Series forklift weighing system. Our NTEP model can correct out-of-level situations up to three degrees in any direction. If uneven levels are more than three degrees, the instrument will display an error condition.
Revolutionary Design
The WF Series weigh forks each utilize two load cells . Each load cell’s output is converted to a digital signal and transmitted wirelessly back to the FB3200 Instrument . This design provides several key advantages: no loss in lifting capacity, no load cell cable damage, reduced downtime, and minimal service. The WF design also promotes safety by incorporating a clear, unobstructed forward view through the carriage.
