FlexLink Systems, Inc.: Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor System

A new modular plastic belt conveyor system from Flexlink transports large individual items and flows smaller products.

The wide belt conveyor’s components have been standardized for easy engineering and maintenance, as well as trouble-free operation. To ensure operator safety, all potential pinch points have been eliminated, and the conveyor produces low noise levels.

The flat, smooth belt surface minimizes the risk of scratches, while sturdy guide rails prevent items from falling off for safe handling of sensitive products. Offered as components, modules or a complete system, the conveyor comes in three widths: 12.67, 16.69 and 24.65 inches. It achieves maximum speeds of 131 feet/minute.
