Steel King Company Profile

Structural tubular pallet rack ideal for seismic locations and rack-supported buildings

For storage applications involving heavy loads, seismic locations or rack-supported buildings, SK4000 structural tubular pallet rack is engineered to combine the load capacity of structural channel racks with the torsional strength of tubular steel. It can also be used to support extended vertical heights, including those found in automatic storage and retrieval system installations. Features include bolted beam connections and frame strength to support loads in excess of 70,000 pounds, as well as resist forklift impacts. Standard columns come in three sizes: 3 x 3; 4 x 3 and 4 x 4 inches. For horizontal and diagonal bracing, fully welded tubular steel may be specified, and standard beam adjustability is in 3-inch increments. To minimize debris and dirt in sanitary applications, a version with connection holes only where beams are located is available.
