Reachable Solutions: RollerForks Make Palletless Transport Possible

Reachable Solutions’ RollerForks lower handling costs by eliminating or reducing pallet use in favor of slipsheets, cartons, intermediate bulk containers and corrugated bundles.

The forks feature two layers of rollers encased in cartridges. When the lift truck moves, the lower row of rollers (touching the floor) spins, causing top row of rollers to rotate in the opposite direction to slide under the pallet-less load without disturbing the products.

Raising the forks causes the rollers to drop below the fork surface to securely rest the products on the blades for transport.
