Because it allows systems to be optimized in a 3-dimensional virtual world before real-world construction, the software boosts picking line performance. The simulation enables testing of various picking line scenarios—including variations in product inflow—and adjustment to the configuration of conveyors, pick-and-place locations, gripper functionality and all products and components. Once cell configuration is complete, the RobotStudio model can be transferred directly to the robot controller for operation.
