Offered in 3,000-, 3,500- and 4,000-pound capacities, the RC 5500 series three-wheel, stand-up counterbalanced truck features a FlexRide suspended floorboard to eliminate the tiring effects of shock and vibration. Other ergonomic features include a footrest for posture relief, optional adjustable armrest, and multi-task control handle that incorporates all traction and hydraulic functions. To optimize traction and braking, an independently controlled AC drive motor and planetary drive units are integrated, while the e-GEN braking system uses the motor’s torque to create a frictionless stops, eliminating adjustments and other wear points. Additional features include load-sense hydrostatic steering, easy-off covers for simple maintenance, and a clear view mast and low-profile chassis for maximum visibility around the truck.
