An autonomous mobile robot solution, the PalletTransport1500 primarily supports crossdocking, returns and case picking workflows for contactless pallet transport within DCs. Using Momentum warehouse execution system software, the solution can move pallets, along with other large payloads that weigh up to 2,504 pounds, in a safe, efficient manner.
As a result of the WES, the PalletTransport1500 can also manage long-haul material transport without requiring human involvement.
The time in which operating forklifts are used not only decreases, but employees have more time to focus on value-added activities. Conforming with the ANSI/RIA R15.08 standard for AMRs, the PalletTransport1500 also consists of the Freight1500 AMR, which has an integrated lift, as well as a pick-up and delivery station.
