Richards-Wilcox: OveR-Way Conveyor

Merging free flexibility and power with a heavy-duty over and under configuration, OveR-Way conveyors use the effectiveness of Zig-Zag power conveyors with the strength of two 3-inch, 4.1-pound toe-to-toe load channels.

Pre-welded to ensure high precision and rapid turnaround, the conveyors use 11 standard Zig-Zag components, which are the same standard components used in chain conveyors. Their components are modular and factory-stocked.

The conveyors’ load tracks are implemented for high-wear applications. Available with an array of advanced control systems—from PLC-based controls to complicated PC-based routing and tracking systems—the conveyors are high-capacity solutions. The carriers can handle 2,000-pound loads.
