Hyster: New Engines with Variable Power Technology

A new line of industrial engines from Power Solutions International—engineered to increase productivity and fuel economy—has been added to the supplier’s 3,000- to 7,000-pound Class IV and V product lines. Featuring variable power technology with selectable engine performance modes, the engines maximize productivity during peak periods or can shift to economy mode to significantly lower fuel costs during less demanding times. An advanced E-controls fuel system with electronically controlled regulator improves fuel efficiency and emissions in LP CNG or dual-fuel (LPG or gasoline) formats.
