Toyota Material Handling Company Profile

Increase efficiency with automatic maneuvering and towing of loads

A line of low-cost AGVs reduces operating costs and increases efficiency by maneuvering and towing loads throughout a production space. Guided with traffic control navigation software and capable of handling loads from 500 to 4,000 pounds, the vehicles feature multiple path programming, a retractable towing pin and remote communication. Standard safety components include optical sensors that can be programmed for different zones to keep pedestrians safe, and for navigation in confined spaces. For simple setup without floor modifications, the vehicles follow a self-adhesive magnetic tape.
