With easy-to-add vertical and horizontal dividers, a line of divider box containers by LEWISBins+ can be configured for any product size, shape and quantity to maximize tote capacity, increase part protection and prevent part migration.
The units are offered in 13 industry standard sizes with three footprints (10.8 x 8.3, 16.5 x 10.9, and 22.4 x 17.4 inches) and in heights up to 12 inches.
The boxes reduce linear workspace, provide a clean environment and reduce product damage. All sizes come in dark blue, red, grey or light blue for improved organization and inventory management.
Features include large, flat label areas on multiple sides; a set of cardholder snaps; security tie and hang tag holes; and multiple divider heights for layering. Injection molded of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the units hold up to 40 pounds.
