Ideal for applications where extended lift is needed to cross over existing in-plant process equipment, a custom-engineered lift transfer conveyor gently handles delicate products and parts with easily damaged finishes, including aluminum.

The system can be integrated into manufacturing processes, receiving product at speeds from 90 to 120 feet per minute, then raising and transferring it sideways onto a multi-belt accumulation conveyor—then indexing it off as needed.
