Lewco: Automotive Pallet Staging Queue

LEWCO recently built a pallet staging queue for a large automotive manufacturer.  This queue is a compact 2x3 arrangement of zones. Pallets are dropped off by AGV, full of parts. They move through (3) staging zones before being manually unloaded in zone 4 by operators. 

The empty pallets move on through zones 5 and 6 to be picked up again by AGV.  There was no electricity available in this area, so air motors are used throughout.

LEWCO engineers worked with the customer to fit the necessary equipment in the small available floor space, and to keep the system elevation as low as possible.
