To increase motor driven roller conveyor layout flexibility, the new HCAT90 high-speed electric transfer and HCAT30 diverter modules accommodate changing packaging or tote-handling applications by creating 90-degree right turns and 30-degree diversions. Both modules are fully powered by 24-volt DC electricity for low cost and quiet, efficient operation—no electric actuator or pneumatic cylinder is needed. The units are engineered to handle higher rates (40 products per minute for the HCAT90; 50 products per minute for the HCAT30), come in standard between frame widths from 15 to 36 inches, and accommodate zone lengths to 36 inches.
