Custom packaging can be created on demand with the FOAMplus Bag Packer foam-in-bag system. The unit fills up to 23 bags per minute to pre-form foam packaging materials in a mold, or for direct placement into the shipping carton. It uses Universal Foam, offered in three densities— light, medium and heavy—each of which doubles in volume for 44% material cost savings.
