Transform your sorting processes with GENI-Ride Small Parcel Shoe Sorter. Streamline operations and increase accuracy with our advanced technology.

Able to overcome the challenges presented by lightweight packages and polybags, the GENI-Ride Small Parcel Shoe Sorter uses RollerShoe technology to sort parcels at their required outfeed.

The sorter helps improve accuracy, while reducing the need for large gaps between products and increasing parcel output. Capable of sorting bilaterally, the sorter introduces a central start position to simplify the sorting processes and increase throughput.

The sorter’s technology allows parcels to ride on top of it, and they’re then propelled by each shoe’s divert actions, and pushed off output chutes located on either side of the sorter. The sorter offers a capacity of up to 16,000 parcels an hour.

Company Product Description

Small parcel volume has increased significantly over the past ten years. Traditional parcel sorters are designed for standard 6-sided boxes with flat, non-slip surfaces. Due to their non-conveyable nature, small and micro parcels are typically sorted using manual labor, which is both costly and inefficient.

The GENI-Ride™ solves this problem by sorting ultra-light packages and poly bags with ease. The GENI-Ride™ was developed as part of our Linear Sorter Product Family, featuring rollers that directly eject parcels at the desired outfeed, providing next-generation smalls sortation.

Parcels ride on top of the RollerShoe™ and are simultaneously moved by the divert action of each shoe, ultimately pushing parcels off to output chutes on both sides. With a simplified algorithm and sortation action, the RollerShoe™ does not require pre-positioning, which means large gaps are not required between products, greatly increasing parcel throughput.
