Automated packing system builds fit-to-size order packaging

Both the CVP Impack and CVP Everest Automated Packaging Solutions will enhance cost savings and productivity gains at high throughputs while improving your environmental footprint. Considered fit-to-size auto-boxing solutions, both systems measure, construct, seal, weigh and label single- or multi-item orders of hard or soft goods every 3 to 7 seconds while reducing box volume by 20% to 50%.

Offering high order packing flexibility, the CVP Impack can auto-box up to 500 parcels per hour (one parcel every 7 seconds), as it can replace eight to sixteen manual packing stations at a time, resulting in significant labor cost reductions. The CVP Everest can auto-box up to 1,100 parcels per hour (one parcel every 3 seconds), while replacing up to 20 manual packing stations.
