Schneider Packaging Equipment Company Profile

Hydraulic-free automatic pallet dispenser/stacker

Hydraulic-free automatic pallet dispenser/stacker A re-engineered automatic pallet dispenser/stacker features heavy-duty, electronically powered mechanical components in place of the previous hydraulic drive system. In addition to eliminating the potential for oil spills or leaks, the new drive increases energy efficiencies. Built for demanding environments—and acting as a stand-alone unit or integrated as part of a complete end-of-line system—the machine stores up to 15 wood or plastic pallets (expandable to 20). Also offered with drag chain and roller conveyor sections, the system can be configured to optimize plant layout. Pallets can be transferred from either side or rear of the machine, or to either floor or conveyor level. When pallets run low, a low-level detection feature alerts operators automatically.
