Developed in response to integrator and end user requests for an automated storage and retrieval tote with less deflection (for tighter tolerances and higher system speeds), a new tote with reinforced bottom has debuted.
The 600 x 400-millimeter tote is dividable, with slots and dividers that create one, two, four or six internal cells for product storage and separation.
Features include a recessed bar code area, internal honeycomb bottom for strength, bottom bum¬per channel for durability, textured bottom and drain holes. Made from rack-resistant copolymer plastic, the totes hold a static capacity of 150 pounds.

Although we have been supplying tens of thousands of these totes for over a decade, we never really announced or promoted this product.
Basically, our conveyor & ASRS totes come in more than 20 sizes (and any custom size) and are designed to work with virtually any conveyor, mini-load or ASRS system! These containers and trays are made form heavy duty plastic and capacities can range from 25 to 180 lbs.
Sizes range from 15 x 15” all the way to 48 x 30”. Features can include smooth side walls, ESD materials and recessed barcode label areas. Flexcon’s ASRS tote line works with most inserter/extractor & conveyor systems and can be designed to meet most any deflection criteria.
