QC Industries: AS40 and AS65 Low Profile Belt Conveyors

AS40 end drive conveyors

For more than 30 years, QC Industries has specialized in creating low profile conveyors — most of our products are less than 2 inches tall — whose size makes them ideal for integrating with almost any machine. Potential applications include automation, assembly, packaging, pharmaceutical/medical, automotive & many more. Belt conveyors are available with rigid aluminum frames (Automation Series) or rugged steel frames (Industrial Series).

QC Industries Company Profile

Versatile, high-performance belt conveyors

Featuring a single-piece extruded aluminum frame and easy belt changes, rotatable drives and a movable center drive for versatility, are the AS40 and AS65 low profile belt conveyors. The rotatable drive technology on AS40 end drive conveyors allows the drive to be rotated in the field to meet changing requirements and avoid conflicts with other machinery. AS65 center drive conveyors incorporate a below-belt drive that can be positioned at any point along the length of the conveyor for a better fit with integrated machinery. The conveyors handle speeds up to 400 feet per minute and carry loads up to 120 pounds. Widths are offered in increments from 2 to 24 inches and lengths from 18 inches to 13 feet for single-piece frames and 14 to 25 feet for multi-piece frames.
