QC Industries: HydroClean Sanitary, Modular Belt Conveyors

Recently launched, HydroClean sanitary, modular belt conveyors can be disassembled completely without tools to make cleaning quick and easy. By releasing a series of pull-pins, sides and guides that slide off in one piece, and stand brackets that flip down out of the way, the conveyor’s tail can be flipped up to relieve tension on the belt. That permits the belt, drive and tail to be removed for in-depth cleaning. The conveyors are built on a single-piece 304 stainless steel, self-draining frame and feature minimal horizontal surfaces, no exposed threads and hex head fasteners that minimize opportunities for bacteria growth. Capable of reaching speeds up to 300 feet per minute with loads up to 120 pounds, the conveyors come in widths from 4 to 24 inches and lengths from 36 inches to 18 feet.
