FP International: Anti-static Pillow Pak dunnage

FP’s Pillow Pak anti-static air cushion film can be used to create 24-inch wide, just-in-time air bubble packaging to protect products during shipping. The film meets or exceeds the electrostatic discharge performance criteria of three established standards—EIA-541, MIL-PRF-81705E and PPP-C-795D Class 2—by dissipating static in less than 2 seconds.

Durable and tough, the cushioning film can be made on site at a rate of 120 lineal feet per minute and does not lose integrity during shipment and extended storage. The film allows air to transfer between cells to provide continuous cushioning and protection. A single roll of the uninflated material measures 30 inches by 1,200 feet, and can be inflated in 2 minutes.
