Secure parts during production with vacuum conveyor

Secure parts during production with vacuum conveyor The 2200 series vacuum conveyor secures parts in transit on an incline conveyor or for critical applications such as inspection, assembly and accurate feeding. Made by perforating the belt and drawing air through grooves in the bed of a standard conveyor, the vacuum suction holds parts in place as they move on the conveyor during operation. The conveyor comes in widths from 1.75 to 24 inches and reaches speeds of 264 feet per minute. Ideal for holding flat or flimsy parts, elevation changes and upside down applications, the conveyor features an aluminum-extruded frame with T-slot construction, sealed ball bearings and rack-and-pinion belt tensioning.
