The conveyors serve pack out stations as well as multiple points of product verification and tracking throughout their travel path. Ideal for buffering and/or metering use, the conveyors balance throughput for robotics, machines and sorters by buffering product. Features include a low-profile frame, 4.5-inch tall side channel, 75-pound capacity per zone, a choice of 2- or 3-inch roller centers, and speeds up to 200 feet-per-minute. Powered by either 24-volt brushless DC motors or 460-volt AC motors, the conveyors have 24-volt DC photo eye sensors in each zone.
