WSI Global: XpressPack Automatic Case Packer

The XpressPack automatic case packer from WSI Global runs high volumes of medium to large cartons in a single-layer, single-row configuration at speeds of eight to 10 cases per cycle. Ideal for the beverage market, particularly soda and beer, it can also handle cereal boxes. The machine offers simple setup and changeovers, accommodating carton sizes from 8 x 24 inches wide by 8 x 28 inches long.

Options include pusher setup with left-side push, right-side push, end-seam push, or a combination of packing modes.

For completely automated applications, the machine works with a case positioner and a corrugated case erector that automatically places pre-erected corrugated cases in a packer. It may be specified in electric format with servo motors or with a hydraulic system.
