A lineup of ultra-high and high performance dumpers (UHPDP) can dump containers 180 degrees. Featuring a distinct patent-pending design, each of the dumpers has a programmable load shuffling or shake offering that can shake up any contents in containers that are being dumped.
From there, the load shuffling or shake feature will continue rotating to a 180-degree, fully inverted position. Gravity can then remove highly stubborn loads. In addition to rotating to an inverted position, the feature can be programmed to reverse the dumpers’ directions at a variety of points in the dump sequence.
The dumpers’ center of gravity can remain within their bases, ensuring lag bolts aren’t used.
The high performance dumper shares the same patent pending configuration of the Ultra high performance dumper. By removing the shuffle feature, costs are reduced by simplifying the power unit and reducing the high fatigue stresses, so structural members can be lighter, but still very robust.
