Swappable batteries electrify mobile and motive products.

Using the Swappable Mobile Power (SMP) lineup’s swappable batteries, which have lithium-ion battery chemistry, manufacturers can electrify mobile products.

One of the lineup’s products is the Swappable Industrial Battery (SWIB-1000), an offering that provides high watt-hour ratings for swappable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. A 48-volt, 20 amp-hour and 1,000-watt battery, it provides high capacity, power delivery and stable voltage under load within a compact, lightweight form factor.

Offering a durable and ergonomic design, the watertight battery has an IP rating of 65. IEC 62133 and UN 38.3 approved, the battery can be connected to power motive products with high torque requirements, including AMRs and pallet jacks. Accessories, including AC/DC power supplies and a battery receiver, are available.

Optimized for operator ergonomics and fast or hot-swapping of workstation batteries, the SWIB suite of products enables the electrification of non-powered mobile workstations. The SWIB displays a highly accurate state-of-charge with a five stage LED for battery status. Its advanced technology includes cell balancing on charge and discharge to ensure maximum cycle life and runtime.
