Akro-Mils Company Profile

Slanted wire shelving kits come in four configurations

A new line of mobile Slanted Wire Shelving starter kits comes in four shelf dimensions: 18 x 36 inches, 18 x 48 inches, 24 x 36 inches and 24 x 48 inches. Each mobile unit includes four slanted shelves, 63-inch uprights, 5-inch swivel casters and donut bumpers to protect walls. For added stability, the kits incorporate three-sided support frames installed at the top and bottom of the unit. The slanted shelves improve existing storage capabilities by providing better visibility of shelf contents and by creating gravity-feed inventory systems. Easily maneuvered for point-of-use convenience, the units may be combined with the supplier’s bins in more than 70 different combinations. For strength and durability, they are constructed from steel with a chrome finish, while the shelves’ open wire configuration minimizes dust accumulation. Akro-Mils, 800-253-2467, akro-mils.com
