Updated for improved durability, safety and ergonomics, the Roly G Series counterbalanced safety gate by Mezzanine Safet-Gates for controlling mezzanine access features enhancements to the original dual-gate pallet drop system.
New, ruggedized construction includes a welded track and heavy-duty chain and sprocket drive system between the interconnected steel gates. To maximize clear height for operator and load, the gates now travel farther into the housing and incorporate solid, 4-inch kick plates on the ledge and rear-side gates as well as on the sides of the unit. Impact plates on posts have been added to minimize damage during lift truck loading.
Series G gates also sport a proprietary locking mechanism to secure the chain in place. Offered in single- and doublewide pallet widths, the system can be customized for large pallet loads or to accommodate specific pallet widths, depths and heights.
