Constructed of steel, the Roll Raptor by SPS Ideal Solutions easily suspends any rolled material horizontally between adjustable end panels for transport, storage and shipping.
Featuring hinged panels that slide 10 inches apart on the roll end, the device permits up to 20 inches of variance in roll widths. When not in use, the unit’s open-top, vertical-loading, hinged-end panels fold down onto the deck for storage. This design allows for integrated stacking of up to seven units for return trips; when loaded, the units safely stack mixed-width rolls to maximize trailer space.
Options include an adapter that supports core diameter variances up to 4 inches and foam pads that mount to the inside end panels to protect the roll. To secure the end panels to the roll ends, two horizontal and two vertical polyester straps are integrated at deck level.
