Completely self contained, the versatile RCR20-40 roll handling attachment grips loads ranging from 20 to 40 inches in diameter and weighing up to 2,200 pounds. Equipped with a fixed scooping arm and a pivoting clamping arm, the mechanism can clamp rolls stored horizontally on a flat surface, or rolls stored vertically. It mounts onto any Class II forklift carriage, as well as walkie counterbalanced stackers or walkie straddle stackers. Features include a large, 12-volt deep cycle battery and internal automatic battery charger, no hydraulic connections, adjustable clamping pressure, and rotation speed gauges and valves for adjustment to each roll handling application.
