A robotic guarding system, the RageWire has five essential components, ensuring installation is not only simple, but inexpensive.
Consisting of 5-foot-wide panels, 6-foot-, 7-foot- and 8-foot-tall universal posts, wire panel hanger brackets, universal swing and slide door access, and electric interlock access, the system offers users a solution to the ANSI B11.19-2010 (formerly R15.06-1999) standard.
Featuring a V-mesh panel design, the system is robust and rigid, enabling it to not only protect assets and employees from injuries, but also comply with government standards. Due to its wire mesh opening, which has a 1.25-inch x 4-inch vertical grid pattern, the system provides users 17.5 inches of distance between it and its guarding enclosure. Users will have more space to use on DC and warehouse floors.
You have bought a robot to increase your production lines’ efficiency, improve the quality of your products, provide a better working environment for your employees, and increase your profitability. However, what you didn’t expect were all the complicated and often costly regulations that went along with a robot’s ownership.
We have done the worrying for you and made ANSI B11.19-2010 (previously R15.06-1999) simple, intuitive, and cost-effective.
Welcome to RAGEWire—the Robotic Automation Guarding Evolution!
One post, one wire mesh panel, one door, and one bracket protect your assets and employees from injury while complying with government regulations.
