PoweredPik powered mobile batch sortation matrix from Automation Dynamics is now fully integrated into DoveTrack warehouse control software.

Each powered mobile batch sortation matrix is custom engineered to hold multiple containers. Ideal for split-case, small-item and low-velocity item picking, the containers each hold a different order, allowing operators to batch pick multiple orders on a single trip through the warehouse.

The software also supports the cart’s pick-to-light components, mobile tablet, and powered center controlled rider or manual system. To minimize the impact of intermittent Wi-Fi dead zones found in large distribution centers, the WCS uses MSE XPA RIA technology.
