Yaskawa: PalletSolver robotic palletizing software suite

Newly released PalletSolver robotic palletizing software suite for Yaskawa Motoman robots enables the setup of pallet patterns and robot motion on a PC without taking the robot offline for teaching.

The software supports quick changeovers without stopping production to validate pallet patterns, and allows faster integration of a palletizing system through easy configuration and set up.

Customizable for complex robotic palletizing applications, the system features a pallet pattern generation tool to manage multiple workcells, dynamic gripper zones, constraints handling, and unlimited product parameters. It has an intuitive graphical interface for configuring cell parameters and a guided step-by-step process for developing patterns, or it can directly import pallet patterns generated in TOPS or CAPE software.
