Built in partnership with Schneider Electric, the new Open Source HSF Friction Feeder reduces packaging machine downtime and increases operational productivity. It integrates easily into manual and automated lines, and it comes with a user-friendly touchscreen display.

Optionally, the device can be integrated with inkjet print heads, bar code scanning, camera verification and inspection, folding, u-boarder, vertical alignment, encoder, velocity/target tracking, batch counting and speed matching.

Simplified, compact and cost effective, the device’s parameters are displayed on a simple photographic terminal that shares real-time machine performance information through an app on a smart phone.
