A line of OEM-specific standard rack bases by Worthington Steelpac are constructed in 100% robotic weld cells for consistent weld quality.
The bases allow OEMs to increase the output of local rack fabricators during high demand launch periods. They include all-steel construction, allowing them to act as pallet-like supports for component racks during manufacturing. Engineered to far outlast the life of any given program, the bases can be repurposed for new use at the end of the model life.
Based on individual need, bases are easily maneuvered using forklifts or pallet jacks. Constructed in custom dimensions specific to OEM standards, the bases feature tongue and hitch fixtures, caster plates and an optional walk-in design.
