FOX IV Technologies, Inc. Company Profile

Enhancements to automated printer system make automating packing slips easier

Incorporating several new features, the new Mod6 TwinPrint automated packing slip/shipping label system is now easier to maintain and use. Highlights include a redesigned label path that eliminates a series of rollers for easier label loading and reduction of label memory. The unit also now uses a simpler method for simultaneous calibration of the top and bottom print engine, as well as an improved air control system for faster cylinder cycling times. Additionally, for less complex servicing and maintenance, the internal electronics and mechanics have been simplified. The system prints the shipping label and a covert packing slip onto one label, eliminating up to 60% of label liner waste as well as the costs of separate packing slips, plastic pouches and the labor required to prepare a packing slip.
