Automatically print, fold and insert documents The LitPack PFI (print-fold-insert) family of pack automation products reduces labor and eliminates errors in order fulfillment operations while increasing throughput. Using fast, on-demand laser printing technology, the system prints order specific documents and/or pack sheets and presents them to the pack operator, or folds and inserts them into a tote or shipping carton. Additionally, literature inserters can be added to automate insertion of sales and promotional information, catalogs and shipment specific documents. The system prints the initial 8.5 x 11-inch single sided packing sheet in less than 4 seconds at rates of 12 cartons per minute, from a single unit.
