UNEX Company Profile

Gravity conveyors move all types of loads

Featuring all steel construction for durability—or built in aluminum for easier portability—a line of gravity conveyors move a range of loads through facilities. The conveyors include full width rollers with ball bearings for maximum carton support and straighter box tracking. Rollers come in two sizes: the JRS series is a 1.375-inch diameter roller with a 0.25-inch axle; the MRS series is a 1.9-inch roller with a 0.1875-inch hex shaft for heavy-duty applications. Also offered are skatewheel versions made of a series of staggered steel or aluminum wheels in a variety of patterns; wheel rail, consisting of a narrow rail of staggered or inline single or double wheels for flowing well-defined materials; and multi-directional ball transfers for making tight turns when curves aren’t an option.
